To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred
Your personal data collected; In line with the realization of the above purpose by the company; It can be transferred to our affiliates, business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and private persons or organizations and third parties within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
Your personal data is especially important for YY-PMC Proje Yönetim Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. In applications made for a position in group companies within the same partnership structure, the application may be shared with the relevant department of the company and the manager who has requested employment. The title of the company you are applying for and other information are clearly displayed in each job posting. Because the human resources services of all the mentioned companies are carried out from a single source.
Test results can be shared with the company applying the test, if necessary, to evaluate the results obtained from the written tests applied to you during recruitment. The identity of the company conducting the test can be seen just before the test.
Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by the Company in electronic environment, based on consent, legal rights and legal obligations, based on personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law in order to evaluate the job applications you make to the Company.
Storage Period and Destruction Policy
The CVs you shared with us and the notes taken during the meetings and the opinions and ideas regarding the evaluation process are kept for one year or until April of the following year (whichever comes later) and then deleted. However, in the event of other legal data processing conditions or the existence of a legal obligation, your personal data will be stored during these periods and until these obligations or situations are eliminated, and then will be deleted during the above mentioned data deletion period.
For new job applications to be made after these periods, you need to upload a resume and go through a re-evaluation process.
